By accessing and using the services of Integrative Wellbeing Center ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Integrative Wellbeing Center provides mental health and wellness services including but not limited to:

  • Individual, couples, and family therapy
  • EMDR therapy and EMDR intensives
  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
  • Trauma therapy and specialized treatment
  • Recovery coaching and peer support
  • Group therapy programs
  • Corporate EAP services
  • SAP/DOT evaluations and services
  • Skills training and workshops

3. Professional Services

All therapy and counseling services are provided by licensed, qualified professionals. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Follow treatment recommendations and participate actively in your care
  • Respect the therapeutic relationship and maintain appropriate boundaries
  • Make timely payments for services rendered

5. Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, PayPal (for specific packages), cash, and check. For intensive programs, deposits may be required. Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards. Your information will not be disclosed except as required by law or with your written consent. Exceptions to confidentiality include:

  • Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
  • Suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult
  • Court orders requiring disclosure

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Integrative Wellbeing Center and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Integrative Wellbeing Center and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms
